Bring Back Gauntlet! - Battlefield 6 Community Feedback Thread
Hello Battlefield community!
Since the removal of Gauntlet from Battlefield 6 / REDSEC, I've noticed several discussions from players expressing their disappointment, asking for the mode to return, or sharing their experiences.
Rather than having the same conversation scattered across multiple threads, I thought it would be useful to create one central discussion where we can bring together everyone's feedback, opinions, and suggestions.
EA explained that Gauntlet was removed due to its smaller player population and matchmaking concerns. While I understand the reasoning, I also believe it's important for the developers to hear directly from the players who enjoyed this mode.
Some players spent hundreds of hours in Gauntlet, others preferred its competitive and objective-based gameplay over traditional Battle Royale, and for some, it was their main reason to play REDSEC.
The goal of this thread is simple:
1. Bring together community feedback about Gauntlet's removal.
2. Allow players to explain why they enjoyed the mode.
3. Share suggestions for improving matchmaking and keeping Gauntlet playable.
4. Discuss possible alternatives, such as scheduled rotations, limited-time returns, or custom matches.
5. Give Community Managers and developers a central place to review the community's feedback.
