Bring back the fully-charged defib animation from BF4/2042

Currently when the defib is fully charged you take them apart and run around with them kind of strangely spread out. I think it was a lot more satisfying looking how it was in Battlefield 4 and 2042, where you continuously rubbed the defibs together.

Side-note: I really wish you'd un-nerf the defib, it shouldn't take two zaps to kill someone! One fully-charged zap should be enough like it always was in previous games.
