Bugs and GPU framerates

How can you have bf6 labs and still have bugs in game?  The black screen has been a problem for so long, just wondering if you guys even know how to fix it.  Also the gpu issues, lost so many  frames per second since the last 2 seasons and the freezing in respawn screens.  Only game im having gpu issues with.  I dont know if you guys care anymore, it doesnt feel like it.
