CA / Redsec SLUG mode

Any one help or know wtf is going on. 

Try any of the COD wanna be games like BR / Gauntlet and movement almost %70 speed even 10% hit reg, feels like concrete boots, after rage quit then load up normal Multi and everything fine, people actual die and no more concrete boots. 

Are there 2 game mode settings ? or EA screwing me to make consolers happy ? I'm hoping its me and I cannot see the CA / Redsec individual menu that has rooted all my aim and movement.

**bleep** like this makes even Fortnite an option apart form  the high heels.
