Can I have my BattleCoins that I bought for battlepass please???

Bought the 1100 coins for the battlepass, through steam. The purchase went through. No coins. Yet can NOT for the life of me find an actual support person to help me get what I PAID for...

I used 1.100 of the BF6 coins to get the battlepas season 2, but after several restarts of the game I don't have access to the full season 2.. what to do?
