Can we stop people from sniping from their HQ area

So im reffering to Firestorm specifically. Everytime im in that map, i spot people sniping from the left HQ area, a.k.a the mountains near A, and it takes less skill to snipe from above than sniping ...

tank, helicopter , planes, counter snipe , WTF you on about they can't be killed?

Sounds like bad player complaining someone better then him kills him !
