Bring Back South American REDSEC Ranked Servers

Please, we really need South American servers for REDSEC Ranked. There are clearly enough active players in South America to support regional ranked servers. I don’t understand why the South American ranked servers were removed. Please bring them back. Playing with 120–190 ms ping puts South American players at a huge disadvantage.
