Casual Breakthrough Bots

I get that the bots have different levels of ability but why does it seem whatever team I am on has the laziest, slowest, stupidest bots in the game.

Why do the bots on whatever team I get placed with slowly wander around aimlessly getting shot while the other teams bots are running and jumping and sliding and sniping laser beams from across the map?

Why do the bots on whatever team I get placed with  never revive me?  They either completely ignore the revive request or they slowly walk up to you and stare at you until you die.

Balance the bots out already!
