Challenge tracking issues

I’ve been going for the challenges in bf6, but I’ve noticed that some have inconsistency or just don’t track right. My current problem is the medic class challenge where it requires 500 damage with the incendiary launcher but I’ve played a lot of games and primarily used it and only got 61 so far which seems like it’s only tracking kills? Is anyone else having the same issue

Yes its broken, i really don't like or want challenges let the game reward you as you progress could have made it 200 levels until you start unlocking stuff. You have to get direct hits with it i found.

It was originally 2000 damage with it but because the incendiary damage doesn't count they lowered it to 500 instead of fixing it and letting incendiary damage count.
