Cheaters In Battlefield especially RedSec

Is EA or dicing going to do anything about the cheaters in RedSec and in the normal game for that matter. I run into at least one a game. so easy to see in RedSec when you can spectate players snipers that know exactly where people are shooting though objects and building etc. 

Same in game especially in easy to spot in close up matches like squad deathmatch not so easy to spot in Conquest or larger maps style games....... 

I only play RedSec to do the challenges but can we please have a game owners only version so wwe dont get as many cheaters or please act quicker in banning people. 

or just buy the cheats reverse engineer and block them surely it cant be that difficult
