I wonder if EA started pulling the trigger on lawsuits to cheat distributors, how that might put a pretty big deterrent to not make cheats. I have faith EA will tweak their anti cheat and a ban wave will happen. The hammer will drop. My personal experience of 45 hours in the game, I have only seen 1 blatant super obvious cheater. I absolutely love this game, I am rooting for EA to keep the game fair and fun.

Sneaky Spider yes that is needed. But the problem is there are 10-15 every 64 man server. You just dont realize it or know how to spot them. Look closely at the odd scores more . Notice these same people kill you with 2 taps . And dive out of every corner and their shots are superfast. Its alot worse than people realize. On top of it they have fake names. Fake profiles on xbox and their friend list is fulll of cheaters as well. Yet they can go 40-5 . And dont have basic skills to capture a flag . Ive talked to this people . They openly admit their cheating. even try to sell it to you.

No lawyers please. It won't lead to anywhere. Tracking the issues through several countries through fake companies and money wired all over the world is impossible. the only way to combat it is by changing direction entirely, lot's of good ideas out there. But as long as the money is flowing in EA will never pull the trigger and completely redesign sales-authentication-product. The best way about it is, if people stop buying games like that.

In countries like Japan, South Korea, and even China, have laws in place that make it a felony to make and distribute cheat software, as it takes away money from the companies because people leave due to cheating...they better hope the US doesn't do this... so many people would be in jail...

I don't think China gives a **bleep** about that law (if it even exists) Living in the Asia region, if you join a REDSEC game, 8/10 times during peak hours, there are Chinese cheat sellers that join and spam the chat lobby with links to their cheat websites and then either leave when the game starts or join using their cheats and wipe the floor with all the other players. Got videos of it as proof!
