There is nothing much to do except report the suspected hackers, everything else will be handled by the EA ToS team.

iv filed countless claims and they are all closed immediately without investigation all by EA's AI team. there are no real people working, its all AI computer system. Take notice they dont allow you to give a explanation of what the cheater /s did to be considered cheating proving the report system is useless.
Most of EAs customer facing contact is nothing but cheap Ai. Have sadly had to deal with it in the past. It is garbage.
