clarification on a case to do with BF6

I’m reaching out regarding my recently closed case. The case status shows as closed under the category inappropriate but I haven’t received any details explaining what specific content or action was considered inappropriate and it shows the Platform as Xbox Series X. I don't even own an xbox i Play on PC only. sorry if this isn't the right place to put this but I didn't know where else to put it seems I couldn't find any support page for this type
