What region are people playing in that this never happens? I see this complaint all the time and it makes zero sense...
For me it happens every 3rd or 4th game that one of the teams is playing so poorly that they get capped out and the game ends after the countdown. It literally happens multiple times a day on the weekends when I am playing.
