Please consider giving players the option to choose the gender of their character in Battlefield 6. Locking the character to a specific gender can take away from player immersion and personal preference. By allowing us to choose between male or female characters, you provide a more inclusive experience and let each player enjoy the game in their own way. It is a small change that could make a big difference for the community.
it baffles me how this isnt default anyway, women are not on the frontlines. If you want it in the game, it should be a setting - otherwise its completely immersion breaking.
Whats crazier is some devs probably consider it misogyny to want it as an option, even though its just reality. In all of history its some sub-5%, even today. Its just not feasible physically and logistically for the military. But I understand the inclusion, as a video game. It should just be an option.
