I'm a woman and to be honest, I haven't even noticed. These comments are pretty ridiculous. HOWEVER, sure, make it an option to tone down female screams if its really that off-putting to sensitive men who either don't like hearing women in pain, OR hear too many women's voices at home already...
Some people like or do not like getting flashbacks of Mirri Maz Durr on Droggo's pyre from season 1 in game of thrones each time a female soldier catches fire.
