Cross-Play Matchmaking Issues

I don't know how this hasn't been addressed yet, but when my squad (1 pc, 2 xbox, 1 ps5) play together we don't all make it into a game in matchmaking about 50% of the time. That's not an exaggeration, it might even be more than that. This has been ongoing for the entire month of November when we play together.
