Default sniper rifle quite bad needs a fix

The main default sniper rifle kinda sucks WHY?
It's bolt action with huge time to reload almost the same as mag change.
And damage ?
Well it's not sniper rifle damage - it's just DMR with bolt action and slow reload.
And what about bullet drop or distance measurement?

The shot in body is not enough I have to do it two more times. But with slow reload I have no chances against no one literaly besides snipers The only use to camp from miles away - in short maps or fact paced regimes - this is the ultimate disaster literaly worse weapon.

I could use e39 and hit enemy 3-4 times almost as fast as with pistol since it's semiauto. And this is a weapon but sniper rifle wow this is bad.
Yes it's fun to do 1 shot headshots but if not it's a mess. And if you miss, well- you are dead from the m4 guy or even l100 guy in 50 meters.

SO I suggest to make this gun unavalable in short maps or fix it to be 1 shot kill and cause bleeding effects, for example
