New DMR is just an LMR clone with more recoil and lower ROF. Shouldn't have even shipped in it's current state.
Netcode is actually feeling worse for me, I'm getting kills behind cover and getting killed behind cover at an increased rate as before. I play with the log open too, and even more bullets are "haha I go byebye" in every engagement.
Littlebird isn't really that bad it's just that AA options suck. 90% of time helos are "below radar" and when they're not they can just pop flares which counter for as long as the flare is up, not just for that one missile, and the helo can just "below radar" or fly out of range. Then helo users rage about RPG being the only realistic option against helos like players have any real choice.
Controllers have received a stealth buff this update it seems. Now even a large part of PC players are resorting to using them because like any "good decision maker" could have told you, giving controllers a aim assist with a recoil reduction with an accuracy buff with a projectile guidance with the ability to target through smoke and cover with the ability to better integrate with the server since the server is making more decisions regarding bullet hit... who knows why that all would be a problem. Who knows.
Spotting in general is just bad. I have no idea who's decision it was to increase the spotting to this horrid of a level, but it needs to be toned down by a LOT. Firing your weapon shouldn't death dorito you, ever. A sniper just flying a drone shouldn't spot every living thing in a 7 mile radius instantly. The length of time you are spotted, and how persistent spotting works by re-spotting you even after you've entered cover and haven't been seen... add in the cheats that auto spot anything on the screen anyways... just insane.
Headshot damage feels like it was lowered to give them a reason for hollow points to be a attachment. Remove HP, make all headshot damage 1.5, lower limb damage, and change all damage profiles to a curved profile instead of a ladder profile... there are a lot of problems with how damage works in BF6, headshot damage is only part of it.
