Different take on bunny hopping & Sliding

Most of the people I see comment about this particular issue want the bunny hopper/sliders aim nerfed. 
But I don’t see that as the real issue. It’s the issue of not being able to hit them in the process. 
if I’m standing still and aiming dead on somebody while they’re doing these movements (aiming dead on their movements). It breaks the hit registration completely. Which then leads to the only combative tactic of doing the same thing. Which turns into who can jump, slide, shoot the most. But that generally doesn’t end up rewarding the person with the better aim.
Which I see you guys say you’re trying to reward and promote better aim. So the other better alternative would be to make it where it doesn’t break the hit registration completely. If you made it where we can actually connect our bullets with dancing princesses. It could get back to being a competitive tactically aimed based game.
