If you loved HARDCORE CONQUEST as much as I did - please don’t scroll past this post. I literally kept the game just because of this mode, and I know I’m not the only one.

I already created a thread on the Steam community - it has the same title. EA representatives have replied there, but I’m not just going to sit and wait.
I’m determined to push them to bring our favorite mode back as soon as possible and make it 24/7.
Please, share and promote this topic everywhere you can - the more visibility we get, the faster we’ll bring our beloved mode back
This really make no sense. What's the point changing the way hardcore mode worked. It was clearly fine. No one asked for anything else. This game is uninstalled until they add it back and fix the hit detection.
Its really tone-deaf. 50k likes and they delete the mode that has been classic to battlefield since the first game. Even an AI wouldnt have made that choice.
I used to play Battlefield 1 back at launch (and before that BF3, Bad Company 2, and even Vietnam). I was never really deep into the game mechanics or hidden features. Honestly, I didn’t even know what Portal was until yesterday. When Battlefield 6 came out, I just bought it, launched it, and started playing the first modes available (because I didn’t know about Hardcore yet). At first, the game felt boring just like BF1, only with better graphics, new guns, and different maps. I even thought about refunding it. Then, by accident, I joined a Hardcore server, and I realized - this is exactly what I’d been looking for. But after just two days, they went and shut down the servers... PLEASE, DON’T IGNORE THIS TOPIC. Any activity helps us get the developers’ attention and bring Hardcore mode back to the official server list. Even if it’s just 1-2 servers with long queues I’m ready to wait in line just to enjoy Battlefield the way it’s meant to be played.
Closed weapons should be the norm. Official hardcore mode without the use of Portal because Portal sucks right now and fails 9/10 times. B.I.G.G.E.R. M.A.P.S
I got very much fun the Beta but in my opinion is a shooter without Team kill very strange. I am an Old BF2 player and when BF3 came out i was in love until i realise there is no Team damage so i stand ner a wall and my team throw one after another greanter in my direction and i stand in bunch of explision, not fun with headset. But than i start with the hardcore mode and this was the peak time. After BF3 hardcore died and only standard was playable i stopped with BF3. Now after this, BF6 is the next and i folllow the news after the beta to hear about a hardcore mode and the news came up. Last week a wondering about the menue because the hardcore mode is hidden in somewhere and not showing up like in BF3 direcly. The BF6 Hardcore was not 100% perfect but the game fels so much better than vanilla. And Yesterday its gone without a news anywhere... Hardcore Conqest gone and now its left a Hardcore mode if i starts a landing in a vanilla game... this is very sad. I found also no Protal Hardcore server but this is a Black box for me and we nedd the hardcore mode in the menu like the standard. Sorry long story.
Gladly i found this Topic and some dudes like me. We have to save the Hardcore mode greater and better like before with all modes conquest, escalation ( my new favorit mode) and Rush. With team kill on. Spawn only at Sqaud leader and APC (Bradley) the limitedHUD it was in the game before yesterday, no mini map. closed weapons lower health and no health renegration no spitting only spotting for recon. Ammo like it was before yesterday
make it realistic and not softer and give us the server back please dice. Friends dont stay silent. We need you all.
I also want to add something here in the EA community. I’ve already mentioned the main topic on Steam — I won’t spam it again. But I still want to share some important points here as well.

We want to know if the issue we’re all facing - the shutdown of Hardcore servers - is truly being taken under control and actively worked on.
We appreciated your response earlier, but we need to be sure it wasn’t just a “throw a bone to the dogs” kind of message. Can you please tell us - what are the actual timelines? The whole hardcore community isn’t comfortable with this complete uncertainty.
Honestly, I’m afraid that before you even bring the servers back, we’ll have to go through months of “community discussions,” “feedback gathering,” “planning,” and so on... This could take forever.
Please, just turn the mode back on. There’s nothing complicated about it for you. Bring the servers back and let us play the game we love. After that, you can continue talking to the community about how to fine-tune or optimize the mode.
Doing that right now would be the best possible decision DICE could make.
Also, I want to share a thought that many players agree with: if you ever make changes to the Hardcore mode, they should only be to make it even more realistic - not to simplify it. As it stands, the current Hardcore setup is the perfect balance - don’t break what’s already ideal.
And please, open your eyes already! How could this even happen? Really — how?! Didn’t you see what was going on? Why would you ever shut down a server like that?
And I also want to reach out to the hardcore community - and to everyone else who might have ended up here by chance. Push this topic, don’t stay silent. If we keep our voices loud and the developers actually care about their players, they’ll do what we’re asking for - and fast.
Wait this morning I saw they had a hardcore conquest and breakthrough both on the featured main menu and also in community portal list, where it was thumbs up with 13 XP (was that 13X xp?, if you I can see why you like it) in portal and said made by the devs, if they took that down, dang that was fast. Or maybe it was like king of the hill that was there for the weekend but monday it went away (from the main game title / menu page) but it was still there, you just had to use the custom and filter for king of the hill to find it.
