You hit this spot on bruh!!! this seriously needs to be addressed. I had the same issue I’ve been banned twice for false acclaimed bullying and harassment when I firstly gave constructive criticism just to reply to a bunch of community members making the same frog face and direct insults. It’s amazing how this was posted just 5 days ago and I just got banned for 3 days starting today. so I believe the issue is finally starting to surface. Through all the mess this company has put us through we still show up everyday to support this game. Some of us has been playing this game since we were teenagers ; the passion to be a battlefield member is one of the most unique feelings to have. to go through exactly what you mentioned shows exactly why the game is performing so poorly. It’s not bad it’s just not living up to the hype that was promised before launch. I personally preordered this game at $70 dollars I could’ve easily gotten a nice UberEats Delivery  and the way I have been treated for the time I spent and money I sacrificed sharing similar issues are beyond childish and unprofessional.they literally have people complaining about the same issues on every Instagram post since season 1.WE ARE TRYING TO HELP YOUR GAME SUCCEED FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. I can understand the company’s side of withstanding pressure and demand creating a game,BUT DO NOT SIT HERE AND ACT LIKE YOU DID NOT MARKET THIS GAME MANY MONTHS BEFORE RELEASE. If the development failed to meet expectations after millions in revenue of people’s hard earned money; you have no reason to get upset at their reactions when they are not pleased at their purchases. I believe there are some development team members that are disguised behind these accounts in the general group sending this type of childish unprofessional behavior. I personally spent over 500hrs playing i think I deserve to have my opinion considered. Like what is the point of having all discord full of group chats when you get ridiculed for giving real in game feedback that we know for a fact will boost the gaming experience. Coming from another battlefield veteran we share the same cries bro. And to combat one of the arguments from Reddit non associated with this post people were saying “well just don’t buy the game” or “ well don’t bother to play it” it’s amazing how these people go all out their way to develop a game, create social media accounts with live communities specifically for gaming feedback and content clips but can’t accept criticism they set the stage specifically for and to not only receive bash-lash but no real engagement from OFFICAL developers themselves giving closure that they at least see our feedback feels like a bullying extortion trap by itself. The way this company has been performing since the game launch needs to change community interactions, gaming schedules and gameplay. I could go on and on but I will save for a different post. 

I am Seriously emphasizing the misuse of the community moderator and the bullying/ harassment from our feedback.
