Does anti cheat even work?

Multiple nights in a row I get into lobbies with the boyz and you got people that know exactly where you are at all times. They never miss a shot or they just appear behind you with no sound at all. Does the anti cheat even really work? So far I havent seen proof of it working on these guys. This is all cheating. Its teleporting. Aimbot and wall hacks/ xray vision. Im tired of it. Season 1 hasnt even ended and im already considering getting my money back for battlefield. The campaign was awesome. But the amount of cheaters in multi-player is just as bad as call of duty. I left cod to come to battlefield because I was told this wasnt an issue on here. I was told battlefield was for the real gamers who actually wanted to play like adults. 

[removed by CM - don't name and shame] is a player I can across today that wasnt even looking at me and was shooting someone in front of him and killed me. He always knew where I was and no matter what gun he used he one shot me. Didn't matter if I put an entire mag into his face with my gun. This is unacceptable EA. This player needs to be punished.
