Dogfighting Game Mode

Can you please make a dedicated game mode for Dogfighting/ Air Combat? There are tons of people who want to get better at Air combat without hurting the team in standard multiplayer. None of the portal servers work well for this and it seems like an obvious mode that people would enjoy.
