EA - Give me the items I bought in game
Your customer support has acknowledged the transaction and I have yet to receive my items. He said he can't issues items in game but I am sure someone can. Make this right.

I'm very sorry, but this is something you'll need to continue discussing with EA Help (or trying Steam support since it looks like that was where the purchase was made). Unfortunately, nobody here can assess game accounts for security reasons, so it's impossible for missing items to be provided on this forum.
