Javelin will kick you out of the game completely, even out of the main menu if your IP address changes. Starlink likes to change their IP at random times, so if you are using Starlink then it's just something you have to live with. Starlink does not provide static IP addresses.
You could use a VPN or some other sort of tunneling to set a static IP at that point. I think that Javelin will also kick you if it sees these kinds of programs or connections, and might even be against ToS, but I'm not 100% about that.
I noticed this at the start of S2. I think you have just been lucky that you haven't been getting hit until recently.
