Make it SKILL BASED matchmaking.
How am I supposed to enjoy myself when it's this every game? You make the lobbies the exact same every game. There's no point in playing solos, you're going to lose your player base very soon.

I feel your pain brother. Sometimes I have to wait 20+ minutes for a gauntlet game to start and the second a 4 stack squad of level 500s joins the lobby it instantly fills up and starts the game. Teammates either have a 0.5 K/D or don't even realise there is objectives in gauntlet... Not to mention aim assist always stops right next to the high levels and basically freezes your inputs or suddenly has hit-reg issues... Good luck my dude. I'm ready to quit the game
