EA denies cheater report, even w/ video evidence

So what do I do now?  It's clear as day I eliminated the same player not 10 seconds prior, no issue, then he hunts me down and even though the game is registering hits and showing the hit markers, he kills me no issue.  I do not know how to share the video with EA... but this is not the first time they have said no proof but I have video of the completely outlandish plays...
