EA: "Hey casual players, we don't care about you LOL!"
Two full seasons have gone by and casual players have essentially been abandoned.
No new casual playlists. No meaningful playlist updates. No experimentation with fun rotating modes. Nothing.
This is honestly one of the biggest frustrations with Battlefield 6 right now because it sends a very clear message: the casual side of the community is not a priority.
Not everyone wants to sweat in hyper-competitive matches 24/7. A huge part of what made Battlefield special over the years was hopping into fun, chaotic, lower-pressure playlists with friends and just enjoying the sandbox. That variety is what kept people playing for hundreds of hours.
Right now the playlist experience feels stale, repetitive, and neglected. Two seasons is MORE than enough time to add new casual experiences, rotate classic modes, test community favorites, or at the very least communicate what the plan is.
Silence is what makes this so frustrating.
The community keeps bringing this up because people CARE about the game and want it to succeed. But when feedback about casual playlists gets ignored season after season, it starts feeling like the dev team either doesn’t see the issue or simply doesn’t care (possibly both).
Please stop treating casual content like an afterthought. Battlefield needs fun, social, replayable playlists just as much as it needs ranked balance and competitive tuning.
Right now, one entire side of the playerbase feels forgotten.
