EA Support Ignoring Specific Cases? My Experience with Automated Replies
I want to share my frustrating experience contacting EA Support multiple times about the Battlefield 6 launch compensation issues.
I have reached out numerous times, yet I keep receiving almost the same generic reply from apparently different agents—responses that feel like they were generated by AI rather than real people.
No matter what details I provide or questions I ask, the answers never change and never address my specific situation.
Meanwhile, there is a forum post with over 8,200 comments from players facing the same problem, showing how widespread this issue is.
It’s really disappointing and disheartening to get this kind of automated support when the problem is clearly very serious for many players.
No matter how many times I ask or what I explain, I get copy-pasted answers from different agents that don’t address my specific concerns.
Has anyone else experienced the same kind of robotic, automated support from EA?
