EA Support

You guys have to have the worst support team I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Just trying to get my email changed, that my father had put on my EA account 16 years ago, and I spent 5 hours talking with Advisors trying to get this fixed. & with all the information I’ve given them, no one could help me. It’s to the point where I’d rather just uninstall the game itself and get my money back from Steam.

I’ve given my IPV4 multiple times, my emails multiple times, my purchases, dates, names, birthdate, my left kidney, and no one can help me fix this issue. Should be a very simple issue, but even when proving that I am the owner of my account, no one will budge. 15 advisors later and I’m told to file another case, after being told to file another case the 14 times before that. 
this is a beyond ridiculous system and it shows that no one cares when you want to get your account back.
