Enemy player spawning

When a defender spawns on a cap point they should not be able to spawn right next to an attacker within the cap point.  Today in New Sobek City while capping it a defender spawned less than 2 feet from me, he got mowed down pretty quickly but there should be a certain radius around other players where an enemy player should not be able to spawn.

    If a point is been capped it should spawn the defenders outside the cap point on the outskirts.

    I omitted that we were in the process of neutralizing it so it was still in enemy possession we had 6 players on the objective and enemy had zero and then this enemy  spawns right next to me(and no, there was no enemy beacon, i checked before I put mine down)
