EU players who are upset about the BOT and Portal changes submit DSA complaint

Since you are from an EU country, you have a recourse with the Digital Services Act (DSA), and they must respond to these very seriously.  Go to https://www.ea.com/legal and use the DSA Enforcement Request. Detail that they advertised and delivered an experience, then removed it. You might also highlight how they are now rebranding it as the "Verified User Experience," when previously it was referred to as full progression and experience. If just 1000 official complaints are filed, this will take up EA resources and money, the only thing that they understand. Sadly, there is no easy official form that people outside of the EU have that has real teeth like the DSA has.

  • Unfortunately nothing likes this exists for the USA.   Relying on you EU players, to help all of us Battle-Casual older dads to get EA / DICE to reverse course.
