The game was sold with "everyone can make 1 persistent server". Lets not blame people using it because they are limited.

Don’t matter if you can make 1 serv. per player, Game apparently was sold in 6M copies so you still can have a lot of bot servers. I do understand what you saying but my point is I can’t host mine because they are at limit capacity and couldn’t even find normal server to play with more then 3 mates because everything in my browser was 8k tickets for exp. 🤷‍♂️
