Explaining issue to advisor and gettin passed between advisor for 1hour

1.Preoder BF6 phantom edition

2. Get issues with game (crashes without errors) and most annoying everytime i finish one game and it goes towards the next map i get stuck in loading screen of the map. only thing visible is the loading bar at the bottom. as it shows in the picture

3. Make a ticket and talk with the advisor for 1hour explaining everytime in same chat sesion my issue and gettin transfered between advisor for 1hour...
