Feature Request: Reload UI

Many bugs since launch has yet to be addressed, and honestly I get it, I work in tech, I know how priorities work in bug fixes, new feature development, meeting deadlines etc. 
From my perspective, many UI bugs could be sorted with a simple button for UI reload that will not kick you out of an ongoing match. 
Often times I had an issue to deploy at game start/mid game, the scoreboard menu would get stuck and I couldn't get back in the game, the weapon didn't show and many more...
A simple refresh without alt+4 to keep the player going in an existing match could solve all of those technical bugs  and offer some relief to the players, lowering dissatisfaction scores revolving around unresolved bugs.
It will still be considered as a W/A however games like WOW have been using this option for years and you'd never hear me constantly complain about unresolved bugs as I was still able to quickly reload and continue where I left off.
