USMC Bundle MISSING?

The USMC Bundle that players paid for is now gone and removed from the game! As a vet I loved to have it on my player card and my profile and now it was stripped without so much as a refund or message! Please fix this. This was not the right thing to without some sort of communication.

  • Exactly, thought I was hacked. all of the content with that drop disappeared. my weapon still shows the charm on customization screen, but it's gone from the menu. Dog tag is gone and seal as well as devil dog title. I'm sure I paid for this and if it doesn't return then that's actually theft.

Confirmed - EA just removed all of the Marine 250th Birthday content that I PAID real money for. Complete bait and switch, screw you to the consumer move, with a move like that, I can’t imagine that EA expects to make ANY money in their BF6 marketplace store, anything you buy is rented and EA can and will remove your paid content and provide zero compensation, isn’t that rightStraatford87T0TALfpsEA_Atic

why would ANYONE pay a single red cent on BF6 content when EA can AND HAS removed legitimate purchases at their discretion with ZERO compensation or communication?  No “we’re sorry we illegally used USMC trademarks, heres your coins back for the trouble” nope. Just login to see my favorite “icon” and “title” are entirely missing.

I was excited for Season 2, but given the silent removal of paid content, I’ll be skipping the season pass and any additional purchases for BF6 entirely, I mean, EA could just delete it whenever they want so genuinely, - what is the point? How can I ever trust you again and why would I be that stupid?

Best way to fix this is by remembering EA will take away anything you purchase so best not to purchase at all, and tell all your friends about EA business practices so they don’t make the same mistake. Got duped by 2042, and now this?!? lol EA & DICE Can’t seriously expect people to continue to use the BF6 store anymore with this blatant bait and switch - actually bait and switch implies they SWITCHED our paid content, and we don’t even get that courtesy. Just pure deletion of our paid content. feels like EA wants this game to fail and I’ll happily pull my weight after this

Yeah, as a Marine Corps Vet myself, I am extremely annoyed. I used the charm, icon, title, and dog tag. If they aren’t giving it all back they need to give every single person who got the bundle a refund. It’s total BS.

  • I also noticed today that my USMC stuff is completely gone!  This is not good customer service, and in my opinion isn't any better than theft.  They need to fix this ASAP!

Well, the "contact us" portal was no help. After this, i am going to encourage every one of us to contact the attorney general's consumer complaint division... we as consumers have rights, and it's time these people learned, they can't just do what they want and get away with it anymore.

Edit: I just filed my complaint with my state AG's office. I suggest everyone does.
