Feedback and Top Issues affecting the game currently

Trying to be upbeat but the amount of issues is killing my enjoyment, can't progress in support as heal teammates stopped at 3,320 never to move in over a week of support play. BR is just a **bleep** show, open box after box but can't interact with anything in the boxes(leaving me with a pistol) Can't ping anything or get map up to help teammate while I'm dead. Then there's just the complete farce of shooting millions of bullets, don't get a kill to get shot in a milliseconds. Also the tanks in BR are stupid, especially as now people are getting more than one tank in their squad. Played one game and one squad had three.
