Few changes making class gameplay more interesting...

I feel like any "supply" role or gadget should go to the class that hovers around the back end to frontline positions. Assault has their own job. So I actually like how it is. The only thing is do is separate the bag into 2 becaue it can be a bit OP, especially becaue they have open class system.
