FIX FOR PC GLOBAL GAME QUOTA EXCEEDED!!!

Ok guys set the number of players to "16" max. You will get into a game a crapload faster!! You still can get the GLOBAL GAME QUOTA EXCEEDED but I got in in less than 10 clicks on the host button!! ...

Yea I lowered to 16 and it gets stuck at pre match screen and wont actually start. Doesnt work or C4 left something out of the exact procedure...but merely changing players to 16 doesn't work.
