fix the constant frame dropping and your anti cheat engine

anti cheat clearly isn't working. there's still a lot of cheating.

because tell me how, i can have 45ms and a guy with 145 can just straight insta headshot when i have only just come into the corner by a 1ms.

i literally see him stop dead in his track and instashot me. i had no time to even react.

tell me how this is possible with a 100ms difference in latency?

Also ever since last week or so the game has been dropping frames horribly and it is becoming unplayable. never used to be like this.
