Is there any way we can get an equipment slot/specialty skill for increased footstep/movement audio like a bone density mic, which would activate vibrations when in close proximity with other players...

Terrible idea, the ability to play using sound should not be locked behind an equipment slot or specialty, it should be available to everyone equally.
ok maybe not audio manipulation but rather vibration sensitivity…
