You do understand LMGs in real life are used out to 500 yards with good accurate fire, they are designed to work that way. What is unrealistic is the M240 is shooting it while not in the prone. The smaller lmgs are able to be shot upright but require more skill to use correctly. The LMGs are quiet weak than how they should be. What is bs for example is the SMGs pistol caliber weapons being so accurate they can beat out a LMG at distance. They don't have enough recoil and their accuracy and damaged is bs, they are not effective past 50-75 yards in reality. Yet players use them as sniper rifles.
