FOV for sniper

On first launch I moved it to 120. The sniping experience was ok but the enemy seemed so far away. Even leveling up the weapon enough to get a 8X scope i was having trouble. Now that I got the 10X scope it feels the same. I can't see sh**. One player told me to to move the FOV to 85, after doing so, WOW I can see people now. Being zoomed in, player feels slow when running, my mouse sensitivity is out of whack and the camera angle feels weird when turning directions. Will there be a fix to this? Playing BC2, BF3 and BF4 sniping was great using a 10X scope, one can notice enemies from far away.  I wasn't expecting BF6 to be like this. Maybe im doing something wrong? I don't know.
