Game refund disabled on purpose

Im trying to refund bf 6 and buy it on steam instead so i can actually play the game. But i cant use the refund tool to refund bf 6 any more for some reason!!!

The option to eventually refund BF6 came up for me after a few reloads of the screen. Im still waiting for an hour or so before I request a refund.
