Get rid of the sniper sweetspot mechanic

That combined with the insane bullet velocity and auto-range finder makes sniping a non-skill thing. It was one of the few terrible design choices for BF1, bringing it back was a huge mistake. Just get rid of it. Or at least make it a toggable option in portal.
