It depends on what you want to talk with them about, as some things do not have live chat and only offer email support. For example, bans only have an email option as the Terms of Service team handle them, rather than EA Help, and only correspond over email.
Need to contact them be used i just bought 1100 battle coins for battlepass, and they weren't credited.
