Getting in contact with staff
Does anyone know how to directly get into contact with staff at EA? Major problem with game has been unplayable for a month now.

Have you tried to repair Microsoft Visual C++ to see if that solves your issue ? If not go to your Programs and Features click on all your Microsoft Visual C++ files repair them all first & test, if there's still an issue re-download those files and replace.
If there's still an issue drop the Direct X error Code here, see if anyone else here can help.
Cheers for the help but just was trying to find another way to directly contact staff as they have completely ignored this problem as you can see in this post here DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED or DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG | EA Forums - 12737991 which is the issue i’m having.
