Getting matched out of region? Post here!

Hey folks, I recently noticed either I was getting pulled into SA heavy rounds of REDSEC or large amounts of players were getting pulled into my NA West matches at roughly the same time (Noon to 2pm PST); I was wondering if anyone else was having similar issues.

If you would be so kind, please copy and paste this quick template with a summary of the type of issues you are experiencing - Hopefully the team can pinpoint things like routing problems and us players can better judge which modes work better at which times, that sort of thing.

I am aware of programs like ExitLag; I don't personally mind that or VPN's so long as it's a necessity and not to purposely gain an unfair advantage.

I'll start

Region: NA West
Time: Noon-2pm Pacific Standard Time
Ping: 180-200
System: PS5

Crossplay On/Off: Off
Summary: Consistently get matched with players from out of region. I assume most players are from Mexico based on location - Any further south I reckon the ping would be even worse, though I could be wrong. I haven't seen the chat bar but everyone with a mic so far hasn't spoken english.

Noticeable dips with hit registration with sound and visual issues (especially at range) - This can include sounds coming from the wrong direction from choppers and tanks and choppy/stuttery movement from both air vehicles and ground transport.
