Hardcore now Modified XP

I hopped on to play and the single official hardcore playlist is now modified XP. We were promised during development that hardcore would be available in portal and have 100% XP gain. I get DICE is trying to crack down on the bot farms but why does that have to effect official DICE playlists? Please fix this ASAP. If the only option you currently have is to disable all portal XP then you need to go back to the drawing board and come up with a new system to regulate the portal servers because going after things as simple as hardcore with no other changes is wrong.
